I was really excited to go to Mast Brother’s Chocolate while in Brooklyn. The smell of chocolate was intense and evident as soon as you opened the door. The shop/factory is so tiny! We bought several bars, with the idea of giving most of them away as gifts, but uhm, only one is still so designated. I used the Serrano Pepper bar to make the most delicious spicy hot-chocolate – satisfying, rich, and it left my lips buzzing. It was a snowing outside, I was cozy inside and had my hands wrapped around a big mug – it was perfect!
Looking at these pictures is just making me want more, but they don’t ship outside of the US!
ooo I’m not a huge fan of spicy peppers, but there’s something about them in hot chocolate that is so delicious…
